Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients, forming a solid understanding of their needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and open environment where participants can share and grow.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and availability of caseloads.
