Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities in a collaborative setting, supporting clients as they work toward their goals.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress, including assessment outcomes, treatment plan updates, and session notes, in compliance with company policies.

• Provide stellar customer service and build supportive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and valued.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration by coordinating with case managers, families, medical professionals, and educators to support comprehensive treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will predominantly work with a diverse client base seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and daily life stressors. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
