Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapy strategies that address specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, ensuring that all clients receive the highest quality of care.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, based on the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will provide services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds with limited access to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, typically ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
