Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique mental health needs.

• Provide various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches to groups, families, and individual clients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

You will directly impact a diverse population, providing therapy to clients experiencing a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload.
