Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and create individualized treatment plans aligned with their unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who are facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to engage with a varied clientele, offering your expertise in a way that respects their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly in remote or teletherapy roles is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or telehealth platforms to ensure effective documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
