Work Environment\n

Our practice operates using a fully remote model, allowing for flexibility in both your work schedule and work location. The expected work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust hours based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, histories, and presenting concerns.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect and address cultural diversity and individual backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at improving patients' mental health and fostering resilience in response to various life challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring consistency in treatment.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and appropriate therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans following legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to enhance collaborative practices and ensure adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging research and developments in the field to incorporate innovative practices into your work.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Valid and unrestricted mental health counselor license (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of California.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
