Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your chosen environment. While maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs, our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and technologies to provide telehealth services, including secure communication platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems that ensure a seamless connection with your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve includes a broad spectrum of individuals from various ethnicities, cultures, and backgrounds, particularly those who may feel underserved in traditional mental health settings. You will specifically work with patients experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and adjustment disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
