Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake interviews and assessments to gather essential psycho-social data from clients, their families, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client’s needs.

• Employ and integrate the mental health recovery model into clinical practice, utilizing recovery principles creatively to support and uplift clients. This includes adapting interventions to client strengths and fostering resilience in challenging situations.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop and maintain crisis management strategies and individualized treatment plans, ensuring that client input is central to all treatment decisions.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress diligently, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and funding requirements.

This position primarily centers on working with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including those from historically marginalized communities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
