Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Document case histories and track client progress throughout therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions aimed at improving clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to create cohesive intervention plans.

• Monitor and document client progress, identifying potential barriers to recovery and making necessary adjustments to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied patient demographic which includes individuals and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within Arizona.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, is essential.

• Strong understanding of the intersections between mental health conditions and physical health challenges, including addiction disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Function First Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
