Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and establish a therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base comprising individuals experiencing a myriad of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet varied cultural backgrounds and personal experiences will be critical in providing effective care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health settings.
