Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate diagnoses, and devise tailored treatment plans reflecting each client’s unique situation.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidentiary practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support for clients facing acute challenges, implementing effective strategies to navigate emotional turmoil and ensuring their safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including comprehensive treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
