Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations for both adult and adolescent client populations, with a focus on understanding their unique experiences and needs.

• Utilize secure telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort while providing high-quality care.

• Maintain meticulous, organized, and secure clinical documentation, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse range of clients, including adults grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions, as well as adolescents navigating the challenges of growing up. You will play a crucial role in offering therapeutic support that is compassionate and culturally sensitive, helping clients to recognize their strengths and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers a salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
