This role operates within a fully remote setting, allowing you to engage in the therapeutic process from the comfort of your own home while reaching clients who rely on our services. You will work during weekday hours—from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM—ensuring a balanced and dedicated work-life environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine mental health needs and recommend appropriate resources and services.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to individual client goals, ensuring progress is measurable and outcomes are documented.

• Provide guidance and support to clients facing complex mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma.

• Engage in case management by coordinating with external resources and assisting clients in navigating their treatment pathways.

• Educate and collaborate with fellow team members regarding client concerns, promoting an integrated approach to care within the organization.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client sessions, treatment strategies, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse client demographic, addressing mental health issues across various age groups and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in providing counseling or therapy services to a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 , based on experience and qualifications, along with access to a comprehensive benefits package.
