We also provide scheduling support and business coaching to help you develop your practice successfully.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide effective psychodynamic treatment for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, life transitions, existential crises, and relational issues.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with an interactive counseling style, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere conducive to client growth.

• Continuously evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and share best practices, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current, valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a mental health setting is essential to effectively support our clients during their therapeutic journeys.

Compensation and Benefits\n
