This position is primarily remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to deliver therapy from the comfort of home or a designated outpatient office as needed. Newly designed and modern offices are available for in-person sessions as well, enabling a calming and welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Full administrative support is provided, ensuring counselors can focus on their primary responsibility – delivering exceptional mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a range of psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to each individual and family to address diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders effectively.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, devising an appropriate initial discharge plan.

• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that promote healing and growth based on each client's treatment plan.

• Develop and regularly update treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their evolving needs and incorporating additional services as appropriate.

• Document therapy services meticulously, adhering to both facility standards and professional regulations to ensure accountability and best practices.

• Maintain an active caseload, regularly participating in treatment team meetings to exchange insight and collaborate on service delivery to enhance patient outcomes.
