Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral issues.

• Utilize tailored therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), based on the specific needs and goals of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid and active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive and based on experience, ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year.
