Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Administer comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and health professionals to provide integrated care for clients.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, while using our electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in the mental health field by participating in ongoing training sessions and accessing professional development resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, serving individuals and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our client focus includes a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or an equivalent certification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably within an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
