Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and treatment goals, ensuring each client receives personalized care.

• Provide therapeutic support for a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relational challenges, utilizing a holistic approach that honors client diversity.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients in immediate distress, applying techniques that prioritize safety and emotional stabilization.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Mind Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure.
