Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients from various backgrounds and with different diagnoses.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients' mental and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid LPCC license in the State of California, with registration from the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) required.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience with a focus on diverse populations and complex cases.

• Hands-on experience employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or trauma-informed care approaches.

• Proven capability in documenting clinical notes accurately and efficiently while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

PROMIS Neurodevelopmental offers a competitive compensation structure with a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits for full-time employees include:
