Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the specific mental health issues faced by clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral issues. Your capacity to connect with clients from different backgrounds will be essential in effectively addressing their emotional and mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing counseling and support for individuals with emotional or behavioral concerns.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
