Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that are both effective and adaptable.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide quality care and achieve desired patient outcomes.

• Manage the mandatory reporting processes concerning client welfare with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, case managers, and other mental health professionals, to enhance client care and address complex cases.

• Document client progress and adjust treatment plans through electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Offer resources and referrals to clients to facilitate holistic care, ensuring they have access to all necessary support services.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest trends and topics in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will work to build trusting relationships with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that each person feels heard, understood, and respected. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, or higher degree in a relevant discipline.

• Current licensure as a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically within an outpatient setting, is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and progress tracking.

Compensation and Benefits\n
