Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions tailored to a diverse clientele, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and motivational interviewing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

While a background in telehealth counseling is a plus, it is not mandatory. Previous experience working with specific populations such as adolescents or the LGBTQ+ community may serve as an advantage.
