Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling sessions to low-acuity adults, using evidence-based practices to effectively address their mental health needs.

• Utilize our all-in-one platform to deliver therapy through video and audio communication, as well as through interactive tools such as treatment planning worksheets and journal entries.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage with clients in setting and tracking personal goals to promote accountability and measurable progress.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in telehealth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at South Pine Counseling Center, your primary focus will be on low-acuity adult clients, each facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, mild depression, relationship issues, and grief. Importantly, our platform excludes children and individuals with severe mental health disorders, allowing you to concentrate your expertise where it’s most effective. The client base has been carefully curated, ensuring that you work with individuals who are stable and in need of therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and active LPCC license in the state of California, free from disciplinary actions.

• A reliable internet connection, and the capability to utilize a computer or laptop for teletherapy sessions (tablets are not supported).

• Effective communication skills and a genuine desire to help others improve their mental health.

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling is highly valued.

In addition to a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , we offer a substantial sign-on bonus for newly hired full-time counselors.
