Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Stay informed about best practices and updated legislation regarding mental health to ensure compliance and optimal client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work with a diverse client population spanning various ages, cultural backgrounds, and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, with coursework meeting the standards for LPCC licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
