Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to develop personalized therapy strategies.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed on best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, contingent on experience and caseload.
