- Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and needs, developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate appropriate therapeutic interventions. \n

- Implement suicide prevention strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of patients on your caseload. \n

- Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards as per state regulations, maintaining detailed and accurate patient records. \n
- Provide ongoing staff training on mental health topics, helping to enhance team knowledge and competencies in client care. \n
- Deliver personalized, empathetic care centered on individual patient concerns and treatment goals. \n
As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction issues. Your expertise will help guide clients toward healthier coping strategies and life choices, fostering an environment where they feel safe and empowered to share their experiences.

- A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field, with a focus on Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling. \n
- An active LPCC license issued by the State of California, allowing you to practice independently. \n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise in the field.
