Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Well Power Health Center, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions that provide a safe space for clients to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling tailored to each client’s unique experiences, helping them explore thoughts and emotions while developing effective coping strategies.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their mental health needs and aspirations.

• Monitor Progress: Utilize assessment tools and client feedback to track therapeutic progress, ensuring adequate adjustments to treatment plans are made as needed.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with an experienced team of mental health professionals to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support young adults aged 18 to 30 navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
