Work Environment\n

Our work setting is designed to support both the needs of our clients and our staff's well-being. You'll work primarily in a remote capacity, but our outpatient office serves as a collaborative hub for team meetings, training, and community events. The position entails a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. We provide all necessary administrative support, allowing you to focus on providing quality care without the burden of handling billing, scheduling, or insurance issues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with a varied client demographic in an outpatient setting, applying therapeutic modalities suited to each case.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans based on client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to promote recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.
