Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that outline achievable goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Implement trauma-informed care strategies that respect clients' unique experiences and support their healing journeys.

• Work closely with a diverse team of psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers to coordinate client care and discuss treatment progress during multidisciplinary meetings.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with California state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

• Participate in regular case reviews and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay up to date on emerging mental health trends and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Our clients include children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, and life transitions. You’ll work with a diverse demographic, ensuring culturally sensitive and inclusive care tailored to each client’s unique history and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California, in good standing.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
