Work Environment\n

This full-time role allows you to work remotely, creating a flexible work-life balance that supports your personal and professional growth. You will be part of a collaborative virtual team, engaging with colleagues and clients through innovative digital platforms. Operating solely in a telehealth capacity, you will not have on-call duties and can set your own schedule during business hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to provide individualized care to adult clients.

• Collaborate with other mental health providers, including psychiatrists and counselors, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive treatment plans.

• Utilize symptom self-assessment tools, functional improvement scales, and progress measures to tailor treatment strategies and monitor client progress efficiently.
\n
• Engage in regular team consultations and peer support sessions to enhance therapeutic approaches and address any challenges in practice.
\n
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and other required paperwork in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients, including those from higher risk populations. Your position will require a deep understanding of various mental health disorders, and you will deliver culturally responsive care to a diverse array of individuals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required, along with appropriate licensure (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) from an accredited program.

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions is essential.

• Demonstrated comfort and competence in treating clients with a broad range of mental health challenges.

• Proficient in using technology to deliver therapeutic services and navigate digital health platforms effectively.

• Experience working with higher risk populations, particularly in a virtual setting, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
