Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to understand each client's mental health status and substance use history.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves pre-screened, stable clients with low acuity mental health issues, allowing you to focus on providing responsive and effective care without the pressure of emergency cases. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and young adults, focusing on personal growth and recovery through therapeutic consequences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and valid licensure as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD in the state of California.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective interactions with clients and team members.

• Advanced technical proficiency in navigating digital platforms including Google Suite and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range from $80,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
