Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality remote therapy to clients through an 8-week structured, evidence-based program tailored to their unique needs.

• Monitor and document clients' progress regularly, utilizing a seamless electronic health record system to ensure thorough care coordination and effective communication.

• Engage in care team meetings, collaborating with fellow mental health professionals and supervisors to share insights and enhance treatment methodologies.

• Assess and prioritize high-risk participant encounters, adhering strictly to established safety protocols and documenting all interactions in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Support clients in accessing additional resources such as community support services and obtaining necessary consent and authorization for treatment.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and annual compliance training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Develop therapeutic relationships with clients, focusing on actionable strategies that help them build lifelong coping skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse client populations seeking mental health support, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and relationship challenges. By implementing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will help clients achieve significant milestones in their mental wellness journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; higher degrees (e.g., PsyD) are a plus.

• Ability to maintain a consistent therapy schedule for clients, ensuring timely and structured support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and hours worked. In addition, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support overall well-being. Payments are processed through direct deposit on a weekly basis, ensuring financial stability.
