This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing you to connect with clients through our telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain a diverse caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, adjust treatment plans, and facilitate smooth transitions during appointments and discharges.
\n
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Ensure all client interactions and assessments are documented thoroughly and accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients' needs and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, sharing insights and coordinating care to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults and children facing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on providing supportive and evidence-based therapy to empower our clients and foster resilience. You will play an integral role in developing and implementing treatment strategies that address individual needs, helping clients navigate their mental health journey effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in California.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Direct psychotherapy experience with individuals and families, demonstrating a strong therapeutic rapport.

• Comfort in conducting comprehensive intake assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
\n
• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our model allows for a Fee-for-Service compensation approach with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, ensuring financial stability for our clinicians.
