Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, PTSD, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, requiring a counselor with experience and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and varying capacities for mental health awareness and receptivity to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health services in a clinical setting, with an emphasis on individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
