Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored for individuals, families, and groups, employing evidence-based interventions to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that account for each client’s unique needs and goals, ensuring a client-focused approach to recovery.

• Engage with a diverse client base, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and respect for varying backgrounds while assessing their mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is essential, demonstrating your capability to effectively manage various mental health scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually based on your experience and qualifications, along with an extensive benefits package.
