Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, develop treatment goals, and create personalized therapy plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, regularly monitoring clients' progress towards their goals and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing clients with the tools and coping strategies they need to overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance abuse.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress through our electronic health record system.
\n
• Demonstrate crisis intervention skills when needed, providing immediate support and recommendations for clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your capacity to understand and respect cultural variances will be critical in delivering effective therapy. The approach you take will be informed by each client's unique background, ensuring that their cultural, social, and emotional needs are met compassionately and effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing your expertise in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
