Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to gauge their mental health status, history, and treatment needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate regular sessions to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies based on client feedback and evolving needs.

• Empower clients by equipping them with coping strategies and tools that promote self-management and resilience.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care, which may include referrals to psychiatrists or other specialists as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Royal Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your practice will involve providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing an inclusive approach that respects the cultural backgrounds and unique experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• Minimum of four years of related experience in a mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
