Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of California.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated understanding of diverse mental health disorders and effective treatment strategies.

• Proficient skills in crisis intervention and the ability to maintain composure under stress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for the Licensed Mental Health Counselor position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
