Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of diverse clients including individuals, adolescents, and families, identifying both their emotional and clinical needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on initial assessments, incorporating best practices in clinical social work and counseling.
\n
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings, such as patient rounds, to communicate assessments, treatment progress, and modifications to care plans.

• Provide client-focused therapy in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Ensure ethical and timely documentation of all patient interactions and clinical notes for accurate record-keeping and compliance with organizational protocols.

• Manage a caseload of assigned patients, coordinating care and collaborating with community resources and agencies for comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population dealing with various mental health issues. Our clients include individuals seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The center’s goal is to promote mental wellness and recovery, so you'll have the opportunity to engage deeply with clients from varied backgrounds and support them through their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Required licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Ability to commit to working up to 40 hours per week providing therapy sessions.

• Proven skills in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans that align with client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

• Strong background in case management within outpatient settings.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documenting patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
