Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, promoting flexibility while enabling our therapists to maintain a strong connection with patients through virtual platforms. While our office fosters a collaborative atmosphere with regular team meetings and case conferences, the remote setting allows for personalized work-life balance. Our therapists adhere to a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with potential flexibility to accommodate patient needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring that patients receive the care they need promptly.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and accessible community resources to encourage their active involvement in care.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing proficient use of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
