Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the mental health needs of clients by conducting individualized, culturally sensitive evaluations and formulating appropriate treatment plans tailored to their unique backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address the diverse needs of your clients.

• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions, as necessary, to foster a supportive atmosphere encouraging resilience and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment continuity for clients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services whenever needed, guiding clients through urgent mental health situations with expert care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, available treatment options, and community resources that can support their journey towards wellness.

• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of client records by maintaining accurate and compliant documentation in our electronic health records (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
