Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff, to foster an integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation to comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring case records are current and easily accessible.

Qualifications\n
