Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Hope and Balance, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and circumstances.

• Providing ongoing psychotherapy, counseling, and crisis intervention, while maintaining ethical standards and best practices.

• Completing necessary clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans and crisis intervention strategies.

• Facilitating communication and collaboration with external care systems, state agencies, and community partners for referrals and coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.

• An independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential, valid in Washington State. We cover all necessary fees for candidates licensed in other states who are willing to obtain their Washington license.
