Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and available resources, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of their mental health needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that establish clear goals and interventions to promote healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as required, putting client safety and well-being as the top priority.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance our clients’ therapeutic experience and provide them with valuable coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
