Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive and considerate of patients' backgrounds to guide the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy that cater to each patient’s specific needs and cultural context.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address a variety of mental health issues, fostering resilience and healing among patients.

• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure seamless, holistic care for each patient.

• Respond to mental health crises by offering immediate support and effective crisis intervention strategies.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options, as well as community resources that can further enhance their care.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, complying with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Actively attend case conferences and team meetings to share insights and participate in cultural competency training sessions to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
