Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health needs and personal goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, taking into account their history, preferences, and risk factors.

• Provide evidence-based counseling services, including individual therapy, couple engagements, and family interventions, utilizing modalities suited to diverse needs.

• Collaborate with clients to explore effective coping strategies, enhance resilience, and set realistic short-term and long-term goals for mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records while adhering strictly to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from various backgrounds who are facing complex mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. You will engage with clients in a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, providing a safe space for them to express their concerns, fears, and aspirations. Our team emphasizes a holistic approach to mental health, ensuring that the emotional, social, and psychological needs of our clients are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of prevalent mental health issues and challenges, particularly in a community health setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective interaction with diverse clients and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based practices and intervention strategies, particularly brief therapy models.

• A background in working with vulnerable populations, including historically marginalized groups and individuals facing socioeconomic challenges.

• Previous remote counseling experience or proficiency with telehealth platforms is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
