The role is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere with our mental health team. We prioritize flexibility in work schedules, with standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, adaptability in scheduling is often required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate individuals' trauma experiences and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on recovery, resiliency, and providing a path for healing.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to assist patients.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, helping stabilize their mental health situation.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources to aid in recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Harmony Mental Healthcare, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing trauma and related mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting preferred.

• Proven experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions in client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
