Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gain a clear understanding of each patient's background, presenting issues, and specific needs.

• Collaborate with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that include measurable goals and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to address diverse mental health concerns.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, offering patients the opportunity to learn coping strategies and connect with peers facing similar challenges.

• Support patients in crisis, providing timely intervention during emergencies, and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in team consultations and case discussions, sharing insights that contribute to continuous improvement in patient care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to enhance treatment delivery and outcomes.

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of diverse mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective, patient-centered treatment plans.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
