Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to manage your time effectively while delivering high-quality care to clients. You will join a supportive team of professionals committed to collaboration and innovative approaches to mental health therapy. Our practice operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insights into patients’ unique experiences, guiding the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring they resonate with patients' cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health challenges, fostering skills for resilience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources geared toward their specific situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with state regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training, continuously enhancing team dynamics and professional growth.

• Stay current on mental health research, emerging practices, and relevant cultural considerations to enhance therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in mental health disorders, therapy methodologies, and culturally knowledgeable practice.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy while utilizing culturally responsive and inclusive techniques.
\n
• Strong aptitude in crisis intervention skills, demonstrating composure in high-pressure scenarios.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering strong rapport with diverse patient groups.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer proficiency to facilitate effective documentation and reporting.

• Commitment to maintaining ethical practices, professional boundaries, and patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
