In this remote position, you will leverage technology to connect with clients and collaborate with our medical and support teams. Our virtual platform provides a flexible work-life balance while ensuring you are well-supported in delivering mental health services. While you may primarily deliver services remotely, expect to occasionally visit outpatient facilities or provide on-site support, particularly to veterans and other specialized populations, as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, assessing clients' psychological and emotional well-being while taking into consideration their social context.

• Evaluate suicide risk with precision, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy, offering immediate support to clients in distress, which may occur in various challenging environments.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical and support staff to create tailored treatment plans for clients experiencing psychiatric disorders.

• Document patient interactions, monitor treatment progress, and maintain compliance with legal and ethical reporting mandates.

• Engage in collaborative discussions regarding complex cases, making strategic recommendations for integrated care approaches.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that adhere to best practice guidelines, delivering therapeutic counseling and educational resources to foster client growth.

• Offer on-call crisis services during work hours to provide timely emergency consultations as needed.

• Maintain effective electronic medical records management to streamline patient care and support organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will specifically target mothers and other underserved populations who may struggle with mental health issues exacerbated by socioeconomic factors. This focus requires sensitivity and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by these clients, allowing you to provide empathetic care that resonates with their lived experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program.

• An independent license to practice (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Ability to manage and prioritize a high caseload while interfacing collaboratively with a variety of healthcare providers.

• Proficiency in electronic documentation and digital communication tools, with strong skills in Windows applications.

• Strong knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel to veterans' homes for necessary site visits.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
